How long does a service usually take?▼
Most services take around 1 to 2 hours depending on boiler condition and access.
What is included in an oil boiler service?▼
Burner clean, nozzle replacement, checks on filters and components, plus flue gas analyser setup.
Do I need to switch heating off before you arrive?▼
No, please leave it as normal. Servicing is often better completed on a warm boiler.
What are your repair callout charges?▼
£110 + VAT includes attendance and the first hour, then £40 + VAT per 30 minutes.
Do you carry common oil boiler spare parts?▼
Yes, common parts are carried for popular oil boiler models to reduce downtime.
What should I do if I smell oil strongly?▼
Turn the boiler off and close the oil tank outlet valve immediately, then call for assistance.
